Do I need a Bristle test before we meet?
It makes the hour far more useful, because the whole session is built around reading your own results. If you do not have results yet, order the test first and book once they are back.
How long is the session and where does it happen?
One hour, live on Zoom. Your join link arrives with your confirmation, and again the day before and an hour before, so you will not have to hunt for it.
What should I have ready on the day?
Your Bristle results open or downloaded, the products you use now (the actual labels genuinely help), and a quiet hour somewhere you can take notes.
I have recent x-rays or periodontal charting. Can you look at those?
Yes, please send them. Email them to [email protected] and Heather will review before you meet.
Will this replace my dentist or hygienist?
No, and it is not meant to. This is educational coaching. It is designed to make you a better informed partner to the people who diagnose and treat you.
What if I need to move my session?
